(Must be 21 or over--yes... oh yes... the fans moshed around like it was 1999...urrr...I mean 2006!! Especially for EUPHORIC ONSLAUGHT & the joyously retarded JERRY'S KIDS!!!  Fire breathing tricks by Loren of JERRY's Kids and Sanity IN DEATH, and a big shout out to CELEBRATE WOUNDS for sharing their PA & bringing along a cool-punk-cover band to open the entire show for themselves and all the other original artists---uhhh.. the fun-frolic-ing punk cover band who started the show out doesn't have a name yet!  BUT as soon as they do---I'll let ya know!)

CONVERSATION SUICIDE             and special guest     -   TEXAS TRASH

(Call Phlegm & Princezzz at 520-546-4522 for details - OR - check out the flyer for map)

(Mucho fun was had by all who came, but the life of the party, Our Son Satan (birthday boy) had to leave early 'cause some of his friends got too ripped!  Other Highlights-- Diversion & Sonoran Death March generated nicely-sized mosh pits and YOU APART had a number of fans groping them for over an hour...  CONVERSATION SUICIDE was smart and played a short set --their last one with Buffalo Bill/Wild Bill on Guitar--thus leaving the audience wanting more: and after too long of a pause The New TEXAS TRASH drew quite the crowd, even with the inexperienced fill-in BASS Player, Phlegm!  Definitely a High Energy show all around and the first rockin' of the night was headed up by none other than Gary and his boys from ENDOVUS.   Alex of SAPHEAD & SONORAN DEATH MARCH was nice enough to share his PA for the entire night and no major equipment destruction or bodily harm occurred.  UMM... Oh yeah, the last appearance of the OLD TEXAS TRASH  rocked everyone into the wee hours of the AM (3:30am to be exact)--LAST time TRASH played with the HANGOVERS until their "reunion tour"....)

EL DIA DE LOS MUERTOS,  Wednesday November 2nd, 2005  9pm-2am

 - VAUDEVILLE CABARET DownTown -  $5.00 for 4 great bands

110 E. Congress Street  (right next to Congress Grill on corner of Congress & Scott)

FEATURING:    CONVERSATION SUICIDE      SLOWBURN      The Myriad

and Special Guests  (from Michigan)    THE HARD LESSON

This was a tough show from the get-go to bring people to.... there was NO listing in the Tucson Weekly under clubs OR in the usual Vaudeville Ad and Only SLOWBURN & CONVERSATION SUICIDE ended up actually playing the show to about 10 people a piece.  Big Thanks to BEEF for doing sound and to Texas Trash for showing up to laugh at us!  Urrrrr... the flyers yielded about 6 people, I believe, so we gotta get better and more aggressive, etc. at marketing--until we find our niche.  ADVICE:  Don't take the shows offered to you for the middle of the week!  ALL in ALL, it was clear the we definitely put on a good show---it's gonna take a little more time and energy to get Tucson to recognize ....

Saturday October 15th, 2005  7pm - Skrappy's  - $5.00 at the door

- 201 E. Broadway (behind the Greyhound Bus Station at Broadway & Toole)

Buffalo BiLL did not grace us with his presence--nor did Thayne (our regular drummer)

In the immortal words of Nancy (Sid Vicious' murdered girlfriend) They had their "own shit ta do..."

THIS WAS ANOTHER ALL AGES SHOW!!!  And I was stoked 'cause 4 of my kids showed up (Josh Franklin & Justin, Jordan & Jeri)   THIS SHOW WAS $5.00 at the Door--but not enough people came for us to get paid--Kathy's gotta take care of her insurance money ya know...She's cool with us though--and wants us back when Buffalo Bill & Thayne are ready to go.   We did, however, have a treat -with the EastSide Shed's legendary MING on guitar & TEXAS TRASH & the HANGOVERS' Terry Trash (NOW: Texas Trash) on Drums... Hey man, that may not sound like your scene, and it certainly didn't inspire ALL of the EMO-core crowd that was there, BUT I dig MING.  And TEXAS TRASH is a LOCAL ROCK & ROLL GOD to me--he's played shows with the now dead Gigi Allen!!  In spite of it all --we had fun & TEXAS TRASH, PHLEGM, Princezzz & Kate went out to celebrate the new musical combination afterwords at the Vaudeville Cabaret.  Texas Trash is ALL FRONT MAN-- even behind the drums....  Keep your eyes peeled for a new project coming from PHLEGM, TEXAS TRASH & the infamous BEEF (formerly of G.O.D & many other great Tucson bands in the PUNK/UNDERGROUND  & ROCKABILLY scene)...It'd be nice to finally put Tucson, for reals, on the Map of the broader Music Scene....

Saturday October 8th, 2005  9pm - During Tucson Weekly's FALL CRAWL  -

Live at The Internet Convenience Store's Stage

(directly across from The Downtown Ronstadt Center Suntran Bus Station & right next to The Boardwalk Restaurant

on 6th Ave, between Congress and Toole, at 51 North 6th Ave)

THIS WAS AN ALL AGES SHOW!!!   THIS SHOW WAS FREE--NOT OFFICIALLY PART OF THE CRAWL!  and THAT'S what made it a hard one to get bodies at--but we did give away 10 cds & made a few new fans....AND we got our first video footage of the NEW ConverSation SUicide...LONG LIVE BUFFALO BILL & THAYNE!!!

Friday  September 23rd, 2005  9:30pm at NIMBUS BREWERY.   $5.00 at the door.

We played with Roger's really bland project, "LIVE THE DAY".  (the other 2 bands, Millenium Day & 70s/80s/90s cancelled).  This place is so hard to get to that we lost most of the people who tried to get there, even with an explicit map & clear written directions on the flyer.  URR... we would have gotten paid close to a whoppin' $20.00, but PHLEGM made the assanine decision to TAG their absolutely spotless restroom with "Have You Ever Experienced Conversation Suicide?"  &  "CONVERSATION SUICIDE:  The band that will shake your dick & rock your pussy 'til it's moist..."  Umm and also:  "PHLEGM & PRINCEZZ FOREVER!"-- so needless to say, we were either going to be kicked out completely & not get to play the show, OR we had to give up our payment that night to pay for cleaning supplies to removing the TAGGED items in the Men's Room....Goddamit Phlegm--you're so childish sometimes!  Phlegm does however apologize to SKULLCRUSHER (ex-NWA wrestler & now bouncer at NIMBUS) and gives a big shout out to BeauxDomi for getting us the show.  By the way, the people that stuck around for us, did get a sonic treat--and all of them (that wanted one) received a free PRE-RELEASE copy of our 1st CD "NOT A CHANCE IN HELL".  We gave away 10 that night too...
